NEWS LETTER Lose yourself in a Paradise garden.

Dear Art Lover

March 2021 is here, it’s now, and it seems as though many, including myself, are oscillating from hopeful to disoriented, and at times at a rather violent speed.

All the more reason to take some time to move.

Move through that with art in your life, mind and at heart.

Today I come with a brand new practice:

What Remained Unmanifested.

Series of 12 artworks with fruits, vegetables, flowers and birds where multiple realities mix and complement each other. Lose yourself in a Paradise  garden.

Hit refresh! These colours are instant palate cleansers. Their bright energy is the perfect antidote to winter.

1. OWL, ARTICHOKE AND FRENCH BEAN

I have added a wallpaper pattern with a pretty owl reminiscent of the William Morris design I saw in an old French estate last summer:

2. PARADISE BIRD AND QUINCE

3. PARADISE BIRDS, AUBERGINE  AND ARTICHOKE

Schedule your seasonal renaissance now. All the beguiling charm of an Imaginary garden, the delicacy of timeless florals, the power of nature, and the comfort of a country house come together in this still life that is a herald of the perfect summer.

Another 9 still life and other new paintings are presented on the website of our gallery.

We offer free shipping for our clients for all paintings from this series.

Thank you for reading.

Thank you for collecting our art.

Thank you for support.

With best wishes from Prague

The world never ceases to amaze me.

This is a painting by a Canadian artist of Japanese origin called "Svetlana".
It was created for a Vancouver gallery as part of the Where Women Create exhibition project.
As I understand it, the task was to convey the world of the artist's woman through the available details seen on the Internet.
Surprisingly, it really looks like my world.
Emiko and I only know through instagram. ❤
She has a wonderful page there. The truth is beautiful:

This is where the exhibition will take place. If I have friends from Canada, here is the gallery address:

"

I have attached the catalogue of my new series and I would love it if you could take a look at it and see what I painted from the inspiration I received from you!
In the painting, "Svetlana" I have created the imaginary creative space that is full of what makes you Svetlana and is so unique about you. Also I have selected the objects to paint in this painting from whatever information I could find about you that speak so much to me and that I think make you you. My hope for my new series is for viewers to find their own stories and inspiration through "Where Women Create" and it is my absolute pleasure every time my collectors tell me they always find an object that reminds them of deep memories and stories and therefore inspiration for life."

How We Sending the Artworks:

Despite the strengthening of the lockdown, paintings are being painted and, thank God, are being sold. The post is working. You can send your chosen artwork anywhere in the world. Here I photographed the stages of packaging a small painting, painted exactly one year ago and sold now.

First, acid free paper, then bubble, then special dense but lightweight foam, then thick note paper, and at the very end I wrap the package in cellophane. And in a few days, the painting you have chosen is at your home!

1.Finally a large size painting arrived this year!
Wonderful impressions of this summer in France embodied in the painting Under Magnolia Tree.
The whole atmosphere of this lovely old house and garden, simple tasty food, clean air, friends, dogs, flowers, sky give a feeling of pure joy and peace.
2. I got really into art deco patterns this spring. I made several series of graphic works and it came back to me in the fall with a Lady in the Armchair in Art Deco Style on canvas.

3. And Flowers… joy and perfection…all this year I painted flowers!
Summer refreshes the artist's palette. Summer gives us flowers and colour generously. But autumn gives the bright colours of summer a special richness and sophistication.

What is the best way to show the artwork online?

This is, of course, a question.

On the one hand, flickering and an abundance of additional photographs distract from the actual work.

On the other hand, a painting is, in a sense, an object, and here it is already important what surface, scale in the interior, there is a frame or not, and there are many other details. How to show all this in order to support the viewer in his intention to purchase a painting?

During the 15 years of our gallery's existence in an old, poorly adapted space in the center of Prague, it seems to me that we have learned to "show" paintings. But online?

So,you have to think.

Here are some of the presentation photos to share with you:

1. Painting in the interior, next to a chair, wardrobe or table.

2. Framed painting, if any.

3. Painting on a working easel.

4. Painting at an angle to show the side and surface.

5. A fragment of the work

6. Painting on the wall
